IGS furnaces have developed from over 15 years of application, testing and refinement in the industry. All IGS furnaces are designed with modular sections to allow timely installation and commissioning.

Our range of control systems includes simple relay logic control through to fully integrated PLC controls with remote access via PC, Android or Apple devices for data collection, diagnostics, and tuning. IGS customized PLC controlled heating strategies provide the best possible energy efficiency and bath life while conforming to strict safely standards of the AGA (Australian Gas Association).

Ash Processing Plant

The IGS Zinc Recycling Plants are engineered and built strong for reliability and long-term service. Our zinc recycling plant is supplied with extra melting drums, access ladder, zinc mould, and rolling platform for removal of the zinc ingot and mould.

We supply, install, commission, and train your staff to operate the plant. We provide after sales service and support to ensure your investment remains productive and efficient for the long-term.

The unit can be fitted with natural gas, LPG or diesel burner to suit fuel availability. The IGS zinc recycling plant meets all requirements of the AGA (Australian Gas Association).

Material Handling

IGS supply custom made and off-the-shelf materials handling systems to suit plant and product requirements. We supply transfer trolleys and conveyers.

Through our experience gained in galvanizing plant management, IGS understand the importance of efficient workflow systems. With our global network of suppliers we are able to source the best material handling solutions for your plant. We provide 3D working models and real-time simulation to prove system, workflow efficiency and to assist with concept visualization.

Clean Production

IGS supply collection systems for white fume and pre-treatment fume. With our global network of suppliers we are able to provide the most effective fume collection solution for your plant. Our Fume Collection systems are custom designed according to the plant layout, the materials handling system and specific plant location.

All Fume Collection systems are designed to take into consideration requirements of local and environmental standards and emissions control.

Heat Recovery

IGS provide customized solutions and off-the-shelf heat recovery systems to reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency specific to your plant requirements.

Our waste heat recovery systems use exhaust gases to heat drying chambers or process tanks.

IGS also supply systems that utilize process heat, using the quenching liquid temperature to provide the heat required for process tanks in the pickling line. These systems are able to be retrofitted easily into many existing plants and offer immediate reductions in energy consumption.
